Aviator is now my favorite place to be. With beautiful interiors, high ceilings (I live on the top floor), cleanliness of the grounds, and amazing staff. Maintenance is done almost immediately after I submit a request, and they leave a nice, informative form about the work they completed. Office staff is also always helpful and responds right away. Just moved in a few weeks ago! Single mom so I love that there is a police sub station right next to us and I love how clean this place is! The pool is beautiful and the gym is spotless as well! Had some spots that needed touching up and a plug that wasn’t working in my apartment and their Maintenance guy Alex was freaking awesome! Did it all with no complaints was very courteous and professionally and in a timely manner! I wish all apartments complexes were as this clean and punctual like this,
